The one thing that I am always so amazed with the Invicta Dragon Lupah watch collection is the use of amazingly high quality materials at an extremely affordable price. You see so many watch makers out there right now that use the same materials that you see in the Invicta Lupah watches, but for 4 or 5 times the amount.

They are a little bigger in size, but that is one of the things that make them so great. They are a very masucline watch, that look MUCH more expensive than they really are. Very modern with a playful face the Invicta Dragon Lupah watch matches perfectly today’s casual dress styles. The case is 43mm wide of a highly polished stainless steel. This very exact watch is motored by a Swiss made ETA quartz movement. This watch is waterproof up to a 100 meters. Again with a smiling face created by the chronograph it measures 1/10th of a second, 60 seconds and 30 minutes of elapsed time. Featuring a Spirograph Guilloche curved pattern is the black dial face with large style numerals. Amongst it’s other features are Tritnite luminous hands, date display and a rounded bulbous shaped mineral crystal. The watch strap is resistant to stains, scratches, fading and water and is made from a micro fiber blend in Italy.

Invicta Men’s 3209 Diver Lupah Collection Chronograph Watch

I personally have to say that this is one of my favorite Invicta Lupah Watches I own (and I own quite a few). Mine is the royal blue version, but they are the same watch.  It is pretty good sized and has a little weight to it which is a couple of the reasons I like it so much. It is a very masculine watch.  I personally love the magnifying bezel because the face stands out so big and is easy to read. Mine keeps perfect time: In the past 9 months, I have never had to re-set it.

The Invicta Lupah diver steel watch wears just as well on land as it does at sea. The band is heavy stainless steel with a push button deployment clasp. The casing is 45 mm with a mineral window accompanied by a rotating bezel. Sitting on the bright aqua blue dial surrounded by large white Arabic numerals are three small silver sub-dials. This watch is very easy to set whilst diving because of the large bulbous stems. Powered by Swiss quartz movement the Tritnite hands are luminous and to cap of the display there is a stylish date calendar. This watch is water resistant up to 660 feet.

Before we start looking at the specific watch types lets take a little look at the history and technical aspects of the Invicta Lupah watch.  You will find in this Invicta Lupah Watch Review that these watches are very high quality and have a rich history.

1969 was the year that watches really took off both in creation and popularity. What really pushed them forward was the introduction of the quartz crystal watch. The technicalities being that a quartz crystal resonator powered by a battery powered oscillator circuit was used to replace the traditional balance wheel that had been used previously for centuries. The present day Invicta Lupah watch is made using a quartz crystal. This allowed the new watch technology to be much more accurate in time keeping, especially in instances where there was a dramatic change in temperature.

If you look more into the history of the wrist watch you will discover that watches in those days could lose up to a staggering 6 hours in any given 24 hour cycle due to the workings in those watches expanding or losing tension at just a small temperature change. The quartz watch has also completely got rid of the need for so many working parts inside the watch. This reduces the risk of breakdown and the need to clean the inside of the watch. With so few moving parts the watch can take a lot more in terms of abuse.  If you drop it, there is a good chance it will still work.
